This guarantee will not apply if the fault in the product has been caused by improper use or improper installation.

No responsibility will be accepted for the cost of any repairs of alterations executed without the prior consent of Delrana Luxury Showers in writing.

With regards to finishes, under no circumstances should any harsh detergents or abrasive cleaners be used.
